In an action on a policy of life insurance the court denied plaintiff's motion for summary judgment under rules 112 and 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice, granted defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment pursuant to rules 113 and 114, and directed entry of judgment. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
