Court of Appeals of Texas, Fifth District, Dallas

No. 05-10-00801-CV (Tex. App. Jul. 23, 2010)

Opinion

No. 05-10-00801-CV

Opinion issued July 23, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the 101st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 09-10093-E.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court erred by entering a protective order allowing real parties in interest to share relator's documents with third parties. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. We conclude relator's petition does not satisfy the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j), 52.7(a)(1); In re Butler, 270 S.W.3d 757, 758 (Tex. App.-Dallas 2008, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
