CHRISTINE E. QUADLANDER, Appellant v. MICHAEL SEAN DELPH, Appellee

On Appeal from the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 380-52220-07

ORDER

The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed. By letter dated January 11, 2018, court reporter Karla Kimbrell informed the Court appellant had canceled the request for the record because the case had settled. On January 16, 2018, we directed appellant to file, no later than January 26, 2018, either a motion to dismiss the appeal or written verification she is pursuing the appeal and is requesting the reporter's record or the record is unnecessary to the disposition of the appeal. To date, however, appellant has not responded.

Because the appeal cannot proceed until a complete record is filed, we ORDER appellant to provide, no later than February 20, 2018, written verification she has requested the reporter's record and either paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We caution appellant that failure to comply may result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
