QING GUO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served October 17, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with that Order.

However, on November 15, 2022, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated November 7, 2022. The Letter states that petitioner does not wish to pursue this case and requests that the case be closed.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the filing fee and proceed with this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
