The Court notes that neither party filed a report as required by the Court's Order served August 8, 2024. The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before October 4, 2024, file a signed stipulated decision or a further report (joint or separate) advising with specificity an explanation as to the failure to comply with the August 8, 2024 Order. If an executed stipulated decision is not filed by October 4, 2024, the Court will place this matter on the next available trial session in San Francisco. In such case, the parties should be prepared for trial in due course.
