ORDER
On May 29, 2020, we granted appellee's counsel's motion to withdraw and reset the deadline for the filing of appellee's responsive brief to June 29, 2020. Before the Court is appellee's June 26, 2020 response to the motion to withdraw and motion for a ninety-day extension of time to file the responsive brief. We GRANT the motion to the extent that we ORDER appellee to file his responsive brief no later than August 26, 2020.
Because this is an accelerated appeal, we caution that further extension requests will be disfavored.
