Puzzuoli v. Mount Clemens General Hospital

Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 30, 2000
618 N.W.2d 914 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 116137.

October 30, 2000.

COA: 219814, WCAC: 97-000114

By order of June 26, 2000, the application for leave to appeal from the December 16, 1999, decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Mudel v Farmer Jack/Borman's, Inc./A P (Docket No. 111702) and Connaway v Welded Constr Co (Docket No. 113799).

On order of the Court, the decisions having been issued on July 25, 2000, 462 Mich. 691 (2000), the application for leave to appeal is again considered, and it is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
