The Plaintiffs appeal the trial court's dismissal with prejudice of their fourth amended complaint.
We find that the complaint states a cause of action and should not have been dismissed.
Accordingly, we reverse and remand this case with directions to reinstate the complaint and require the Defendants below to file further responsive pleadings.
