On May 3, 2024, pursuant to the Court's February 6, 2024, Order, respondent's counsel filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent's counsel reports that she is waiting for tax computations to be processed in this case and thus requests an additional 90 days to file a proposed stipulated decision with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before August 5, 2024, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
