Appeal from Circuit Court, Brevard County; Vassar V. Carlton, Judge.

Richard A. Lawrence and Charles A. Williams, Melbourne, for appellant.

Edward L. Trader, Melbourne, for appellee.


The trial court is hereby directed to amend the decree appealed from so that the amount decreed to be paid appellant by appellee shall be a first lien on the property described in said decree until paid. As so amended, the decree is hereby

Affirmed.
