Paragraphs 4a and 6 of the judgment are vacated. The plaintiffs are entitled to a new trial on the count alleging a violation of G.L.c. 186, § 14, and the plaintiff Kolodziej is entitled to a recalculation of prejudgment interest in accordance with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. In all other respects the judgment is affirmed.
