Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion for Leave to Conduct Discovery Pursuant to Rule 70(a)(2), and first and second amendments thereto, all filed December 23, 2022, by petitioners herein. Thereafter, on September 6, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation.

Accordingly, the premises considered, and commensurate with entry of the decision, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' just-referenced Motion for Leave to Conduct Discovery Pursuant to Rule 70(a)(2), as amended, is denied as moot.
