ORDER

Appellant's brief is presently due June 19, 2017. Appellant has filed a "Compliance with Court Order; Request for Fair Treatment; and Motion for Additional Time and Waiver of Word Limits for Appellant's Brief." We construe appellant's motion as a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief and a motion to waive the word limit as provided for in Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.4(i)(2). We GRANT appellant's motion for extension of time and ORDER appellant to file her brief on or before June 29, 2017. Appellant's motion to waive Rule 9.4(i)(2)'s word limit is DENIED.
