ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is set down for the October 2021 term of this Court. Petitioner shall file and serve a brief on or before August 9, 2021. Respondents shall file and serve a brief on or before September 9, 2021. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before September 17, 2021.
