Thus, this case is distinguishable from cases cited by Father in which the evidence in question was available and could have been presented at the time of the original hearing. See Psalms, Inc. v. Pretsch, No. W2008-00653-COA-R3-CV, 2008 WL 5424084, at *7 (Tenn. Ct. App. Dec. 31, 2008); Brookside, 1991 WL 138513, at *3; Higgins, 335 S.W.2d at 540. We see no evidence of injustice as a result of the introduction of the evidence in question.
