The order dated August 6, 2002, dismissing the notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction as having been untimely filed, is hereby sua sponte vacated. Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction, this case is hereby dismissed. See Stallworth v. Moore, 27 Fla. L. Weekly S768 (Fla. Sept. 19, 2002). No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. Petitioner's Motion for Reinstatement, filed August 21, 2002, is denied as moot in light of this Court's dismissal of the case on the authority of Stallworth.
