It is the claimant, and not the ALJ, who bears the burden of providing the medical and other evidence that establishes his disability. Przybylski v. Saul, No. 18-CV-0996, 2019 WL 4393152 at *6 (E.D. Wis. Sep. 12, 2019). While the ALJ does have a duty to develop a complete record, the ALJ's duty to do so is extremely limited where the claimant is represented by counsel at the administrative level.
