ANTHONY PRYOR, Petitioner - Appellant, v. PAUL ADAMS, Warden, Respondent - Appellee

Anthony Pryor, Appellant Pro Se.

UNPUBLISHED

Submitted: June 23, 2022

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, at Martinsburg. Gina M. Groh, District Judge. (3:21-cv-00052-GMG)

Anthony Pryor, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WYNN and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM

Anthony Pryor, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court's order adopting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition in which Pryor challenged the execution of his sentence. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. Pryor v. Adams, No. 3:21-cv-00052-GMG (N.D. W.Va. Feb. 25, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
