The clerk's record in this case was originally due on July 5, 2024. On July 10, 2024, this court granted the clerk's request for an extension of time to file the record until August 9, 2024. On August 9, 2024, the clerk requested an additional twenty-eight days to file the clerk's record. The request is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the clerk file the clerk's record no later than September 6, 2024.
