APPEAL by defendant from Carr, J., at June Term, 1939, of PASQUOTANK. No error.

Robt. B. Lowry and T. J. Markham for plaintiff, appellee.

M. B. Simpson and R. M. Conn for defendant, appellant.


Action on policy of accident and health insurance. From judgment in favor of plaintiff the defendant appealed.


Issues of fact were determined by the jury in favor of the plaintiff. On the record we find no ruling of the trial court which should be held for reversible error.

No error.
