ROMONA PRUDEN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 8, 2024, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, review of that document shows that the application form is incomplete. Specifically, the form directs petitioner to specify the dollar amounts of monthly income from the listed sources. Here, the form represents that petitioner receives salary or wages, but gives no amount.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2024, petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. If the filing fee is not received by that date, this case may be dismissed.
