On February 27, 2023, counsel for respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar at the March 20, 2023, Cincinnati, Ohio, remote Trial Session of the Court. Richard Kruse appeared and was specially recognized to represent the petitioner. At calendar call, petitioner made an Oral Motion for Continuance. Counsel for respondent appeared and did not object to petitioner's oral motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed February 27, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Oral Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2023, respondent shall file a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
