Plaintiffs' motion to remand this action to state court and for an award of costs and expenses is granted to the extent that the action is remanded to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, on the ground that it was improperly removed and plaintiffs are awarded costs and expenses against D.C. Healthcare Management Co., Inc., which improperly removed the action, in the amount of $250.
