PER CURIAM
Appellant Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company ("Progressive") petitions this Court to allow a permissive interlocutory appeal of the trial court's October 30, 2023 amended order denying Progressive's motion for summary judgment.
On or before November 28, 2023, Progressive shall supplement the appendix to its petition with additional documents from the underlying matter, including: (1) Defendant's motion for summary judgment; (2) Plaintiffs' response in opposition; and (3) any reply, sur-reply, or other item before the trial court that is pertinent to the summary judgment. Additionally, Progressive shall file a properly authenticated transcript of any hearing before the trial court related to the summary judgment or a statement that no testimony was adduced in connection with the summary judgment hearing.
On or before December 12, 2023, the Court requests a response from Appellees Conrado Saldivar, Jr. and Alma Delia Saldivar, to Progressive's petition for permission to appeal an interlocutory order.
