Summary Dispositions June 28, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals as on leave granted for it to consider whether the circuit court's opinion that the assignment is void under MCL 500.3143; MSA 24.13143, and whether the district court's opinion that the tolling provision for insanity was inapplicable because the injured person had a guardian, are clearly erroneous. MCR 7.302(F)(1).
