Eric Profaca and Kristaan Dale v. TMARE, LLC, Joseph Lyes, and Breeze Coach Leasing, Inc.

215th District Court of Harris County No. 2020-19954

ORDER

David Gunn, Judge

Appellees, Breeze Coach Leasing, Inc., TMARE, LLC, and Joseph Lyes, filed a "Joint Unopposed Motion for One-Week Extension of Time to File Appellees' Briefs." Appellants, Eric Profaca and Kristaan Dale, filed their joint appellants' brief on July 3, 2024, making appellees' brief(s) initially due on or before August 2, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b). After obtaining extensions from the Court, appellees' brief(s) were due on or before October 3, 2024.

In their joint motion, appellees requested that their deadline be extended one week to October 10, 2024. Despite this request, on October 3, 2024, appellees timely filed their respective briefs, rendering moot their request for an extension. We therefore deny as moot appellees' joint motion for extension of time to file their appellees' briefs.

It is so ORDERED.
