Appellant's counsel has filed with the Court a "Withdrawal of Notice of Appeal" personally signed by Appellant. Counsel delivered a copy to the State's attorney and notified the district clerk of the filing. The Clerk of this Court has sent a duplicate copy to the district clerk. The appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a).
