Order of confirmation and report of referee modified by reducing the damages as found by the referee, to the sum of $393.20, being the sum of $250 for counsel fee, and the sum of $143.20 for costs and expenses of the referee, and, as so modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concurred. No opinion.
