Respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about October 6, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the January 2018 Term.
