Objectants-appellants having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken from the orders of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about January 28, 2019 and July 31, 2019 and, upon vacatur, for an extension of time to perfect the appeals (M-1086),And petitioner-respondent having cross-moved to dismiss the appeal taken from the order entered on July 31, 2019, and for an award of certain costs and attorney fees incurred in connection with the motion by objectants (M-1173), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissals vacated, the appeals reinstated, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to the September 2020 Term (M-1086). The cross motion is denied in its entirety (M-1173).
