ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Los Angeles, California, trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 20, 2024.

On April 29, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report and a stipulation of settled issues advising the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached. The report states that the parties require additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration of the parties' joint status report and stipulation of settled issues, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on May 20, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 22, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision, or a status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
