This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person, commencing Monday, September 19, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina.

On September 13, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. indicating therein that the parties have reached a settlement as to the remaining issues in this case. Additionally, respondent stated that the parties are awaiting computations.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed September 13, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the September 19, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina, session and is continued generally.
