Appellant's brief is overdue. On December 19, 2023, this Court ordered appellant's counsel, Kristen Brown, to file by January 2, 2024, a motion to withdraw from representing appellant, or appellant's brief, a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief stating the date she expects to file appellant's brief based on her continued representation of appellant, or a motion to dismiss the appeal. As of the date of this order, Ms. Brown has filed none of those documents.

We ORDER Ms. Brown to file on or before FEBRUARY 12, 2024, a motion to withdraw from representing appellant, or appellant's brief with a motion for extension of time to file the brief, or a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief stating the date she expects to file appellant's brief based on her continued representation of appellant, or a motion to dismiss the appeal signed by counsel and appellant in compliance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.2(a). If one of those documents is not filed by February 12, 2024, the case will be abated for the trial court to make findings concerning Ms. Brown's representation of appellant. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
