On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 22, 2012, is amended by deleting from decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 19, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "February 19, 2013."
