Barry Pringle, self-represented, in support of the petition.

The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court (AC 44212) is denied without prejudice to his right to file a motion for permission to file a late appeal with the Appellate Court including all facts and circumstances that he presented to this court. It is unclear on the record before this court whether the Appellate Court was apprised of the fact that the trial court's notice of its order dismissing the petitioner's case was returned to the court as "not deliverable."
