MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is appellant's letter dated March 24, 2011. In her letter, appellant informs the Court that she no longer wishes to proceed with her appeal due to the financial costs. We treat appellant's letter as a motion to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
