Prince Fashions, Inc., Plaintiff-Appellant, v. 60G 542 Broadway Owner, LLC., Defendant-Respondent.


Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 4, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed a motion to vacate the automatic dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) and, as such, is granted, the appeal is reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeal is enlarged to the October 2019 Term.
