JUDGMENT

This judgment is issued pursuant to the court's order, of April 8, 2002, accepting the findings and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed March 18, 2002.

It therefore is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that judgment by default hereby is entered in favor of Plaintiff Primerica Life Insurance Company against Defendant Donna Kohl in the amount of $100,086.30, should it be determined by this court or some other court that Primerica wrongfully paid these proceeds to Kohl. The foregoing award shall bear postjudgment interest at the prevailing federal rate, compounded annually, from the date of any judgment against Primerica until paid. See 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
