Jerry PRIDE, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus (2D14–3258) is treated as a petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel and is denied. In reviewing the petition, this court referred to the record on appeal in cases 2D12–5051 and 2D12–5455, which are still in this court's files, and therefore did not direct supplementation from the petitioner. KELLY, VILLANTI, and LaROSE, JJ., Concur.
