Pride v. State

Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District
Aug 28, 2001
53 S.W.3d 619 (Mo. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

No. 59262

Order Filed: August 28, 2001

APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BOONE COUNTY THE HONORABLE CLIFFORD EUGENE HAMILTON, JR., JUDGE.

Rosalynn Koch Columbia, Missouri for appellant[s].

Philip M. Koppe, Assistant Attorney General Kansas City, Missouri for respondent[s].

Before Robert G. Ulrich, Presiding Judge, Patricia Breckenridge, Judge and Joseph M. Ellis, Judge.

ORDER

Farrel Gene Pride appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. After a thorough review of the record, we conclude that the judgment is based on findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous and that no error of law appears. An extended opinion would have no precedential value but a memorandum explaining our reasoning has been provided to the parties.

Judgment affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
