The "Petition for All Writ For Extraordinary Review" is treated as a motion for reinstatement. The motion is hereby granted and it is ordered that the above case is reinstated.

The order of this Court dated July 15, 2022, dismissing the case, is vacated. Petitioner's Amended Notice to Invoke Discretionary Review seeks review of the order from the First District Court of Appeal issued June 10, 2022. Petitioner is allowed to and including September 1, 2022, in which to serve the initial brief on jurisdiction with appendix. Respondent shall have thirty days after service of petitioner's initial brief on jurisdiction in which to serve the answer brief on jurisdiction.
