Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he fell to the sand from the top of a bulkhead upon which he was walking. Judgment in favor of defendants, entered upon the dismissal of the complaint at the close of the plaintiff's case, affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Adel and Close, JJ., concur; Carswell and Johnston, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse the judgment and to grant a new trial on the ground that plaintiff established a prima facie case.
