Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Second Circuit
Nov 18, 1969
229 So. 2d 118 (La. Ct. App. 1969)

Opinion

No. 11312.

November 18, 1969.

Appeal from First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo; William J. Fleniken, Judge.

Coen Pliner, by Eugene J. Coen, Shreveport, for defendant-appellant.

Love, Rigby, Donovan, Dehan Love, by Robert J. Donovan, Jr., Shreveport, for plaintiff-appellee.

Before BOLIN, DIXON and WILLIAMS, JJ.

This is the companion case to No. 11,311, 229 So.2d 116, this day decided. Here, in No. 187,435 in the district court, the husband filed a separation suit. The wife reconvened for a separation. There was judgment in the district court granting a separation to the husband.

For the reasons expressed in No. 11,311, the judgment of the district court is now reversed, and there is now judgment rejecting the demands of both parties, at the cost of the appellee, Johnnie B. Price.
