After a thorough review and evaluation of the record, and for the reasons this day assigned in a companion case, Jackson v. Phelps, 506 So.2d 515, we affirm the judgment of the trial court granting defendant's motion for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff's suit. Costs in this matter are assessed to plaintiff-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
