ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 2, 2024, is set for hearing at the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session at 10:00 am on May 6, 2024, in Room 212, 2nd Floor, U.S. Custom House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. It is further
