ORDER

This case is scheduled for trial at the remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at Atlanta, Georgia on February 14, 2022. On October 6, 2021, the parties filed a Motion for Continuance. In the motion, they advise that a basis for settlement has been reached. However, the parties request that the undersign retain jurisdiction while they work through effectuating the settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance filed October 6, 2021, is granted and this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 11, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
