It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on February 3, 2009, be modified as follows:

1. On page 25, in the last sentence of the first paragraph, insert "(as defined in the Agreement)" between the words "product" and "actually."

2. On page 29, in the last sentence of the paragraph that continues from page 28, insert "(as defined in the Agreement) actually" between the words "product" and "manufactured."

These modifications do not effect a change in the judgment. TriMas Corporations petition for rehearing and Price Pfister, Inc.s "Limited Joinder to Petition for Rehearing" are DENIED.
