Action to recover for damages allegedly sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the defendants' failure to issue certificates of occupancy for certain of the plaintiff's rental property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, R. Walsh, J., granted the defendants' motion to dismiss the action against the defendant Richard Burns; thereafter, the matter was tried to the jury before Hammer, J.; verdict and judgment for the named defendant, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
