This case was consolidated for the purpose of trial below with the case entitled Ridge v. Illinois Central Railroad Company, et al. La. App., 225 So.2d 704. For the reasons this day handed down in No. 7709, the judgment appealed from in the instant case is reversed, and there will be judgment herein in favor of defendants and against petitioner dismissing petitioner's demand at petitioner's costs.

Judgment reversed.
