SCHEDULING ORDER


Counsel for both parties having represented at the conference on December 11, 2003, that due to changes to the deposition schedules of several named Plaintiffs, counsel wished to reconsider and amend the briefing schedules for Defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, filed on July 11, 2003, and Plaintiffs' motion for class certification, filed on August 18, 2003, it is hereby

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss and the motion for class certification are deemed withdrawn, without prejudice to their renewal at a later date.

SO ORDERED.
